Commercial vehicles
A range of etch primers, weldable fast-dry red oxide primer and compliant two pack epoxy primer surfacers are available in a range of popular colours, giving unrivalled corrosion protection to steel components including vehicle chassis, fuel tanks and structural steel.
Glass containers and ceramics
Thermocure two pack coatings have been formulated to meet the demands of the UK glass container market. Beer, spirit and water bottle manufacturers use the experience of Carrs and our vast range of Thermocure coatings to add colour and texture to their product to increase brand awareness, quality perception and ultimately, sales. A complimentary range of single pack water-based polyester finishes are also available.
Cast iron products
We offer a range of two pack coatings which have been specifically formulated to meet the demands of cast iron water pipes that are manufactured to BS EN877, BS EN 545 and BS EN 598, and fittings to BS6920. We also specialise in water-based dipping and spray coatings for application onto rainwater, drainage and street furniture products.
Automotive components
A range of powder primers, water and solvent-based single pack basecoats and high quality super durable acrylic and polyester lacquers are available to meet the demands of the OEM and alloy wheel refurbishment markets. To meet the high performance demands of the automotive disc brake caliper market, we offer two pack high solids epoxy primers and high performance clear-coat products.
Engines
Single pack water based force dried Gloss laquer and coloured finishes, particularly suitable fo applications with multiple substrates. The coating offers outstanding corrosion, humidity and fluid resistance.
General Industrial
