Carrs Manufacturing Services are based on over 30 years experience within this sector. We offer highly specialised manufacturing, technical service and alignment of your paint formulations to the highest quality standards. We are also able to offer un-rivalled turnaround times at our new purpose built factory in Redditch, Worcestershire capable of producing up to 30,000 tonnes of liquid coatings per year.
Carrs has structured and grown its Manufacturing Services business based upon automotive quality standards, total reliability, absolute confidentiality and proven trust.
In July 2006 Carrs Paints opened its new modern, environmentally compliant factory to expand its Manufacturing Services to UK, EC and Global coatings manufacturers and suppliers.
Carrs offer the following services:
- The ability to meet quality and performance standards from automotive basecoat production to master colour matching.
- Health and Safety regulations are met and worldwide labelling standards are applied.
- Batch capacity from 5 to 20,000 Litres.
- Packaging from 0.5 to 1000 Litres.
- Technical service and laboratory review, together with ongoing product improvement programmes, if desired.
- Quality assurance control and manufacturing support.
- Manufacture of any type of coating from decorative and industrial products to automotive technologies.
- Primers, fillers, sealers, base coats and clear top coat production.
- Water borne and solvent borne systems.
- One and two pack systems
- High and low solids formulations
- Catalyst, solvents and intermediates.
- Sensitive or hazardous material expertise.
- Dispersion by bead and basket mills.
- Short lead times, urgent batches.
These services can either be provided from our Redditch factory in the Midlands, or, if need be, by the creation of a “stand alone” production site at a location of your choice. Our experience in providing Manufacturing Services to automotive quality standards is second to none.
